My AIESEC Internship in Kaiserslautern

This is Barış from Turkey and I completed a 6-month internship in Kaiserslautern at German Centre of Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in the field of software development. That was an extremely didactic, pleasant and unique period of time which includes unforgettable memories.

Planning weekend of the new Executive Board

On our planning weekend in September we, the current executive board (EB), analyzed our local committee. With respect to the national strategy, the EB is focusing on the following working areas in its term 2010/11:
  • Sales Management & TN Raising
  • Member’s Education & Training
  • Goal Setting & Performance Assessment
  • Supply & Demand Management
  • Efficient Matching Processes

We created strategic actions to every working area and refined every strategic action into smaller, measurable action steps.
If you are a team member and wish to have more insight in the strategy just approach your team leader.
